A 2026 Model S Signature has been listed by J&S AutoHaus for $260,490. That is $100,000 above the invite only pricing at $159,420.

The Model S Signature was listed for sale on July 6th of this year. However, the Model S Signature was an invite only production vehicle, marking the end of the Model S. The invite was sent from Tesla themselves, and reserved for early adopters of the Model S when Tesla first launched them in 2012.
This is significant because Tesla had the invite-only personal sign an agreement to not sell the vehicle within 1 year of delivery. The Model S Signature for sale currently, was registered in Montana on June 11th according to the CarFax.
According to the agreement signed by both Tesla and the buyer, if the buyer sells the Model S Signature within 1-year of delivery Tesla reserves the right to 1 of 2 things. Either block the title transfer completely or demand $50,000 / the resale markup–whichever one has a greater value. In this case, the resale markup is $100,000, so one can only assume that Tesla will be looking to take that markup for themselves.
J&S AutoHaus has a large following across his social media and posted a reel on Instagram giving a full view of the Model S Signature, along with the quote “Here is the Model S Signature that is creating so much fuss on the internet right now”
Will have to wait and see if Tesla does get into the rink and enforce their agreement!
